Return and Exchange Policy for Crazed Frenchie LLC

At Crazed Frenchie LLC, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel. We understand that sometimes, an item may not meet your expectations. While we do not offer refunds, we are pleased to support you with options for an exchange or store credit.

Exchange or Store Credit

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate an exchange or to receive store credit. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags still attached. Here’s how to proceed:

1. Reach out to us via email at crazedfrenchie@yahoo.com with your order details and the reason for your exchange request.
2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Send the item back to us at the address provided along with your RMA number. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue you a store credit or process an exchange for a new item of your choice.

Damaged Items

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged item, please send an email to our customer service team immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. Upon confirmation, we will arrange for a prompt replacement at no additional cost to you.

Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, washed, or damaged in any way will not qualify for an exchange or store credit. Sale items are also considered final sale and are not eligible for exchanges.
